Introduction

The Triple Vagal Method (TVM) is a body-centered somatic practice developed to support nervous-system awareness and self-regulation.

Sometimes, even when we understand our experiences intellectually, our bodies continue to respond to stress through tension, restlessness, overwhelm, or difficulty relaxing.

Drawing on concepts from polyvagal theory and somatic practices, TVM uses guided awareness, and intentional engagement with the body to explore these patterns.

Rather than trying to force change, TVM invites us to slow down, listen to our bodies, and become curious about our physical and emotional responses without judgment.

My Personal Approach

I believe our bodies carry important aspects of our experiences and personal stories, including patterns we may not fully recognize through conversation alone.

My approach is grounded in curiosity, compassion, and respect for each person's unique experience.

Through embodied awareness and compassionate presence, I create a supportive space where you can explore your body's sensations, notice habitual responses, and deepen your connection with yourself.

There is no expectation to release emotions, achieve a particular outcome, or experience change in a specific way. We follow your body's responses and honor your pace.

What Happens During a Session

Our first session is approximately 2 hours, allowing time to get to know one another and explore your individual needs.

We begin by reviewing your intake form, discussing your intentions, and exploring relevant experiences or patterns. This includes a posture and body-awareness assessment.

We then move into somatic exploration, bringing awareness to your breath, physical sensations, and nervous-system responses. Throughout the experience, your comfort, boundaries, and choices are respected.

We close with time for reflection, integration, and questions.

Follow-up sessions are approximately 75 minutes, beginning with a brief check-in before continuing our exploration of body awareness and nervous-system patterns.

For those interested in deeper exploration, a series of four sessions is available, offering an opportunity to observe patterns and develop body awareness over time.

Not Sure Where to Begin?

You don't need to know which modality is right for you before reaching out. We can begin with a conversation, explore your intentions, and discover together what feels most supportive.
