1. Before We Gather — Preparation & Connection

Creating a foundation of trust, intention, and understanding.

Your journey begins before you arrive at the sanctuary.

We begin with one individual preparation call. These conversations allow us to get to know one another, explore what brings you to the experience, clarify your intentions, and create space for questions. We also discuss expectations, boundaries, and important considerations for participation.

Closer to the retreat, we gather virtually for a group welcome call. This is an opportunity to meet the people with whom you will share the weekend, begin building connections, and enter the experience with greater familiarity and ease.

These calls support preparation and connection; they do not replace any necessary health screening or professional medical assessment.

2. During the Weekend — Living in Community

More than a retreat, an experience of being together.

Throughout the weekend, we experience community living.

We share space, meals, conversations, silence, and the simple rhythms of daily life. Each person contributes to a shared environment of mutual respect, presence, and care.

There is something meaningful about stepping away from our usual routines and experiencing what it feels like to be part of a small, intentional community.

Our weekend is not only about the ceremony itself. It is also about the connections we form, the moments of stillness we share, and the opportunity to practice being present with ourselves and one another.

Day One — Arriving with Intention

Our first day invites us to transition from the busyness of everyday life into a more intentional space. Through prayer ties, mindfulness, prayer, and Chanupa ceremony, we begin creating a shared foundation for the weekend.

The Central Ceremony

An intentional space for reflection, prayer, and personal exploration.

The central ceremony is held within a carefully prepared environment, with attention to individual needs, consent, boundaries, and the well-being of the group.

Each participant is invited to approach the experience with their own intentions and without expectations of a particular outcome.

3. The Following Day — Integration Circle

Making space to reflect, connect, and begin integrating.

The day after the ceremony, we gather for an integration circle. This is an opportunity to rest, reflect, and share anything you wish about your experience. You are welcome to speak, listen, or simply be present. There is no pressure to share personal details. Together, we begin exploring what feels meaningful and how to carry those reflections into everyday life.

4. The Following Three Weeks — Continued Integration

The experience continues as life unfolds.

Returning to everyday life can bring new reflections, questions, and perspectives. To support your transition back into everyday life, you’ll reconnect with your retreat group through weekly integration calls for three consecutive weeks following the retreat. These calls offer space to explore how the experience is unfolding in your life, revisit intentions, and identify practices or insights you wish to carry forward.

5. Beyond the Retreat — A Community That Continues

The weekend ends. The connection continues.

After completing your three weekly integration calls, you are invited to join our wider integration community. This community brings together people who have participated in our weekend retreats over time. We gather monthly to reconnect, share reflections, support one another, and continue cultivating the relationships formed through these experiences.

My approach to holding space

Rooted in Presence, Guided by Compassion

I believe that meaningful transformation is not something we can force. It unfolds in its own way, in its own time. My intention is to create a space where each person feels respected, heard, and welcomed, with room for both vulnerability and strength.

I deeply value the power of community. I have experienced how meaningful it can be to gather with others, share our humanity, and discover that we do not have to navigate every part of life alone. This is why preparation, ceremony, and integration are all essential parts of the experiences I offer.

I don't see the ceremony as a single event. Whether we gather individually or in community, I see it as part of an ongoing relationship—with ourselves, with the experiences we carry, and with the connections we nurture along the way.

Still Unsure? Let's Explore Together.

You don't need to make this decision alone.

During our initial conversation, we'll explore your intentions, preferences, previous experiences, and any considerations that may influence which setting is appropriate for you.

Our priority is not simply choosing between an individual or group ceremony, but understanding whether either experience is a suitable fit for you.
