We make time to reflect on your experience and explore how any meaningful insights might relate to your everyday life.
Integration support continues beyond the ceremony, with follow-up conversations and opportunities for ongoing connection, as appropriate.
My approach to holding space
Rooted in Presence, Guided by Compassion
I believe that meaningful transformation is not something we can force. It unfolds in its own way, in its own time. My intention is to create a space where each person feels respected, heard, and welcomed, with room for both vulnerability and strength.
I deeply value the power of community. I have experienced how meaningful it can be to gather with others, share our humanity, and discover that we do not have to navigate every part of life alone. This is why preparation, ceremony, and integration are all essential parts of the experiences I offer.
I don't see the ceremony as a single event. Whether we gather individually or in community, I see it as part of an ongoing relationship—with ourselves, with the experiences we carry, and with the connections we nurture along the way.
